Returns are accepted within 7 calendar days of delivery on eligible, unopened items in original packaging. A 20% restocking fee applies, and return shipping is arranged and paid by the customer.

    7-day return window

    Elite Medical Supply Warehouse accepts eligible returns within 7 calendar days of delivery.

    Unopened and unused

    Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging and original condition. Opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded.

  3. 03

    20% restocking fee

    All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, calculated from the purchase price of the returned item(s).

    Return shipping

    Customers are responsible for arranging and paying all return shipping costs. Elite Medical Supply Warehouse does not provide prepaid return labels or arrange return transportation.

  5. 05

    Prior authorization required

    All returns must receive prior authorization from Elite Medical Supply Warehouse before being shipped back.

  6. 06

    Refund processing

    Once an eligible return is received and inspected, the approved refund will be issued to the original payment method, less the 20% restocking fee. Original shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.

This policy applies to purchases made directly from Elite Medical Supply Warehouse. Product availability, sizing, and specifications are subject to confirmation by our team.
