Know your shipping cost before you order.
Most items ship at a simple flat rate. Heavy equipment and bulk orders are quoted by our team during order confirmation, so the price you approve is always the price you pay.

Small items — $9.95 flat rate
Braces and supports, cervical and lumbar products, pillows and cushions, gel packs, TENS/EMS units, and daily living aids ship at a $9.95 flat rate anywhere in the contiguous United States.

Medium items — $24.95 flat rate
Walkers, rollators, commodes, shower chairs, bath benches, transfer benches, massagers, and infrared lamps ship at a $24.95 flat rate. If your order mixes small and medium items, the medium rate covers the whole shipment.

Free shipping on orders over $250
Orders of small and medium items totaling over $250 ship free within the contiguous United States. Heavy and oversized items are always quoted individually and are not eligible for free shipping.

Heavy and oversized items — quoted individually
Wheelchairs, transport chairs, air compression systems, alternating pressure mattresses, bed boards, and similar equipment cannot ship at a flat rate. Our team determines the exact shipping cost for these items during order confirmation — before you pay anything.

Large and bulk orders — determined after review
For large quantity and wholesale orders, shipping is calculated after we review the order. We confirm the total shipping cost with you directly before the order is finalized or shipped.

Shipping is charged in addition to item prices
Prices shown in our product catalog cover the products only. Shipping and delivery charges are added at confirmation and are non-refundable once an order ships (see our Return & Refund Policy).

Every order is subject to product availability. Our team confirms availability, sizing, and the final shipping cost with you before anything is finalized, charged, or shipped.

Outside the contiguous United States
Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other locations outside the contiguous United States are quoted individually. Contact us for a shipping quote before ordering.
